Maria José Farinha

Maria José Farinha is a Clinical Psychologist (ISPA-Instituto Universitário), having developed her career in different areas, with teenagers and adults, in hospital and private contexts. Her area of ​​​​differentiation is violence in relationships but also work in areas of intervention such as personality disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, communication skills, personal development and crisis intervention. Maria is certified in The Body in Psychotherapy (ISPA), Therapeutic Work in History of Life (ISPA) and Psychological First Aid (OPP) and is training in EMDR. Within the scope of the covid-19 pandemic she collaborated with Casa do Impacto and Clínica do ISPA and is currently part of the multidisciplinary intervention team GAPP (Group of Action in Psychology and Performance), under the coordination of Ana Bispo Ramires.
