Every week, a new Challenge is revealed. It may be a thought-provoking question, a simple habit to try, a reflection prompt, or a creative task designed to inspire you and elevate your journey as a leader and human being.
Each interaction with the challenge, whether by sharing your thoughts in the forum, commenting on others’ reflections, or simply engaging with the task — earns you points in our gamified community space. There’s no prize, just the joy of learning, growing, and connecting more deeply with yourself and your peers over 52 transformative weeks.
